PLEASE NOTE: Discounted tickets are available to UCHealth employees at Manager Level or below. For employees above a Manager (Directors, Physicians, APPs, etc.), please visit: uchealthmemorialcares.org/gala to purchase your tickets.

No refunds will be given. You must complete the form below by Wednesday, March 20th, 2019 at 5pm (MST) in order to take advantage of payroll deduction. Payments for tickets purchased via payroll deduction will be reflected in your paycheck, dated March 29th, 2019.
