An Evening in the Clouds

Join the Memorial Hospital Foundation for a major donor event benefiting the Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit in Southern Colorado.

As our guests of this major donor event, an overnight stay for the night of September 10th is included. We will contact you with more information should you choose to stay.

Saturday, September 10th

1:00p – Please arrive at the South Tower of the Broadmoor Hotel for check-in

1:15p – Broadmoor Shuttles will depart with guests to the Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun

1:45p – At the Shrine of the Sun guests will tour the Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit

2:15p – Guests will travel up to Cloud Camp and enjoy light refreshments and afternoon activities (see activities tab)

5:30p – Cocktail hour begins at the Main Lodge

6:30p – Dinner 

8:00p – Fireside treats

For guests that are not spending the night, Broadmoor Shuttles will provide transportation back to Broadmoor South.

Sunday, September 11th

8:00a – Breakfast, followed by your choice of activities (see activities tab)

10:00a – Luggage collected

12:00p – Broadmoor Shuttles will transport guests back to Broadmoor South

The event is classy casual. We highly reccomend layers appropriate for September, and an elevation of 9,200 ft. Temperatures can fluctuate 25 degrees once the sun has set. 

Please feel free to dress in casual or athletic clothes for Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning activities. 

Philanthropic gifts made at this major donor event will secure a dedicated, full-time Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit to serve the Pikes Peak Community. Learn more here.
